Sinus lifting is a surgical method that involves filling the sinus cavity with graft materials in order to make a fixed over-implant prosthesis in cases where the maxillary sinus floor is sagging and the vertical bone height is below 4 mm, together with tooth deficiencies in the area of upper jaw premolars and molars. The application has a simple surgical technique and the implant is easily tolerable for the patients after the İzmir operation. Although the surgical method is simple, it requires very sensitive work.
